Full Process Flow of Potash Fertilizer Production Line
The whole line starts with raw material feeding and automatic batching. Potash powder is sent into the mixer for even mixing. Then materials go into the potash granulator for pellet formation. Wet pellets are transported to rotary dryer to remove moisture, followed by a cooler to reduce pellet temperature. After cooling, materials pass through the screener to separate qualified pellets and oversized/fine returns. Return powder will be sent back for re-granulation.
