Fertilizer making process:
The fertilizer production process mainly includes crushing, batching, mixing, granulating, drying, cooling, screening and packaging. Key elements for making fertilizer: formula, granulation, and drying.
1. Organic fertilizer processing
Use compost as organic raw material to blend nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and medium and trace elements.
Product appearance processing: powder——particle size and uniformity, particles——round or columnar.
2. Organic-inorganic compound fertilizer processing
Features: Use compost as organic raw material, use inorganic nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium products as the main nutrient sources, draw lessons from the compound fertilizer production model, and combine the fertilizer demand characteristics of crops to produce a combination of organic and inorganic fertilizers, which can provide both urgent and urgent fertilizer effects. A quick-acting and long-acting fertilizer that can effectively improve soil.
Variety: organic-inorganic compound fertilizer, high-nutrient compound microbial fertilizer.
3. Bio-organic fertilizer processing
Description of the fertilizer making process: First, the fermented compost products are sent to the organic fertilizer production system. They are first screened, and the sieved products are returned to the pretreatment process section and fermented again. The qualified products are crushed, measured, batched, and mixed to form powder. If the organic fertilizer is not granulated, it can be packaged directly, and the finished product will be transported to the finished product warehouse for sale; if it is to be granulated, it will be granulated in the granulation system, qualified products will be sorted, and then packaged, and the finished product will be transported to the finished product warehouse for sale.
