DEODORIZING SYSTEMS:The system consists of two parts:spray tower and heat exchanger. Harmful gases such as ammonia are produced during organic fermentation. The exhaust system of fermentation tower can be connected to a deodorant system during organic fermentation. Which utilizes heat of fermentation in organic wastes. It vaporizes water and allows hot air to enter the system,providing heat to the strains.Therefore,the equipment can produce efficient fermentation without the use of heaters.

HYDRAULIC DRIVE:The fermentation tower is equipped with a hydraulic actuator, Which used to drive the axis of rotation, Open or close the loading door and control the discharge door. Hydraulic transmission avoids system overloads.The small hydraulic drive generates enormous power.

HOT AIR BLOWER:Biological fermentation needs to be carried out at a suitable temperature, so it is very important to raise the temperature of raw materials quickly and evenly.

BROKEN BRIDGE INSULATION TECHNOLOGY APPLICATION:Polyurethane is selected as the thermal insulation material between the inner and outer walls,and the tank is designed with additional thermal insulation, which further re-duces the heat conduction between the inner and outer walls.
