The film-covered crawler compost turner is a professional equipment used for aerobic fermentation treatment of organic waste (such as livestock and poultry manure, straw, sludge, etc.), mainly used in film-covered composting process. Main structure and composition
1. Tracked walking system
It adopts heavy-duty tracked chassis, which is suitable for soft and uneven pile sites, with strong anti-sinking ability and high stability. It can automatically control walking to realize forward, backward, turning and other functions. Traditional composting takes 60 days, and the film covering process can be shortened to 20~30 days.
2. Compost turning device
Equipped with a rotating knife shaft or propeller blades to throw and scatter the compost materials to promote oxygen penetration and water evaporation. The turning depth is usually 1.5~3 meters and the width is 2~6 meters (adjusted according to the model).
3. Film covering system
Integrated double film covering reels, film rolling and film covering at the same time, reducing the working path and improving production efficiency.
4. Power system
Diesel engine or electric motor drive, power configuration according to the processing volume (common 30~150 horsepower).
5. Intelligent control
High-end models can be customized with PLC control system to monitor the temperature and humidity of the pile and adjust the frequency of compost turning.

Working process
The film-covered crawler compost turner adopts an innovative double-film roll shaft design to achieve seamless connection between film covering and compost turning operations. Its core working process is as follows: when the equipment is moving forward, the front film roll shaft synchronously recycles the old film to fully expose the pile; at the same time, the turning device performs deep turning of the materials, and the high-speed rotating knife shaft fully breaks up, mixes and throws the materials in the pile to achieve uniform oxygenation and moisture regulation; after the turning is completed, the rear film roll shaft immediately unfolds the new film to cover the pile tightly again, forming an ideal closed fermentation environment. This continuous and automated operation mode of "film collection-turning-film covering" not only ensures the optimal microenvironment required for the fermentation process, but also greatly improves the operating efficiency.
